The World Heritage Alliance for Sustainable Tourism is a global community committed to the conservation of World Heritage sites and the well being of local people.
The staff is composed of guides, researchers and travel planners who have worked with American Express, The Moorings Yacht Charters, Sobek Expeditions, Universal Studios and MGM /UA Pictures. Company offices overlook the creek in historic Angels Camp, California; from this base our projects operate on five continents. The list includes Africa (Sahara, Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt); Europe (Britain, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Hungary, Czech, Switzerland, Netherlands and more); Latin America (Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Belize & Mexico); Asia (Bhutan, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Indonesia) as well as New Zealand, Australia, Polynesia and World Heritage sites of Canada and the United States.

What makes the concept of World Heritage exceptional is its universal application.
